Melat is grade 4 student, who have lost her father and now living with her mother. She has a sister and three brothers. Melat and her mother live with HIV. Her family live in a small rented house. They don't have any income source and depands on the small assistance from relatives which puts the Melat in danger position thereby affecting her schooling.

However, after she is sponsored by Eden Solomon and Dawit, who lives in USA, and have changed her life significantly and improved her school performance.
